By Justin Calderon Whilst one of the highlights of travel is the opportunity to sample dishes and flavors that you have by no means had prior to, it is inevitable that you are going to run into some thing that, well, regardless of your open mind and adventurous spirit, still causes you to pause and assume, “Do I truly want to eat this?” This occurs maybe nowhere more so than in Asia, exactly where those of us from the West are taken aback when all of a sudden confronted with the prospect of snacking on fried insects or the delicate parts of male animals.
